At the time a reservation is made, a $1500 deposit is required to lock the dates in for a motorhome and a $500 deposit is required to lock in a travel trailer (different for music festivals). No reservation will be “Held” without a deposit and this can be done with Zelle on your banking app, a credit card, ACH, or cash. This security deposit is only held during the rental in case of damage and is returned to you upon return. There may be charges deducted from your credit card/security deposit for post-rental reasons such as:

• Gas not refilled upon return to the same level as departure
• Additional mileage
• Additional generator hours
• Excessive cleaning beyond the normal
• Dumping fees due to improper items flushed
• Smoking fines
• Late charges
• Damage to the unit/deductibles

The terms and conditions of our Rental Agreement address all of this as well. Security deposit refund is processed within 3-5 business days of the rental return.
